The R&D team has introduced multiple professional doctoral and master's talents, focusing on the research and testing analysis of the company's ultrasound green technology solutions and related key components. They have undertaken or participated in major national, provincial, and municipal scientific and technological special research multiple times.

Experimental equipment

Oxford energy spectrometer Xplore30

The high-energy electron beam excites the sample to produce characteristic X-rays, and elemental analysis is performed on the microscopic area of the sample.

Stretching table

It is possible to characterize and study the mechanical properties of materials such as metals/ceramics/glass at high temperatures.

Charpy impact testing machine

Used to determine the absorption energy of metal materials with notches and hard and brittle materials under impact conditions.

Revetest Scratch Tester

Used to test the strength and adhesion of coatings.

Universal material testing machine

Can conduct tensile, compression, and bending performance tests, with a maximum testing range of 50KN.

Used to measure the mechanical properties of thin film materials and coating materials.
